Special Offers & Discounts We reserve the right to end any discount codes or special offers at our discretion, if a code no longer works at checkout then this is usually because it has been withdrawn. * Discount not available on ewan the dream sheep™ or Special Offer Items Delivery Baby Duck Shop will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay in delivery for whatever cause. In the event that the Purchaser supplies us with an incorrect delivery address, we cannot be held liable for the goods never arriving. If Baby Duck Shop is asked by the Purchaser to re-send the goods, we reserve the right to charge the Purchaser for the replacement package and will only reimburse if/when the original, incorrectly addressed package is returned to us. So please double check delivery addresses and postcodes to ensure they are correct. Claims in respect of goods damaged in transit or shortages must be notified to the Company within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Claims for non-delivery of goods must be received by the Company within 14 days of the date of the order Returns & Exchanges We hope you will love your purchase from Baby Duck Shop, however if for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product then please read the following. For all Returns and Exchanges, please contact Baby Duck Shop first for approval before sending packages back. Baby Duck Shop will accept faulty goods up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund of cost of goods plus postage and packaging (P&P). However, Baby Duck Shop must be notified immediately upon receipt of faulty goods. Baby Duck Shop is not responsible for 'Returns' postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. In addition to this you have added protection as a consumer as follows: Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000 - Right to withdraw You have the right to withdraw from your agreement to purchase, but this right ends seven days after you have received the goods. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your account within seven days. However, we may have delivered (or dispatched) the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you must return the products to us and pay the costs in doing so. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and where possible in the same packaging as they were delievered in. Exchanges: Exchanges may be made on all unused goods up to 14 days and returned in pristine condition. Should any goods exceed original cost of goods to be exchanged, the difference must be paid prior to shipping. Failure to do so will result in a full refund excluding P&P from original order. P&P costs will not be covered by Baby Duck Shop on exchanged shipments unless otherwise arranged through Baby Duck Shop. In order to protect a Return or Exchange package, we advise posting through recorded post in order to provide proof of postage.
