Postage and Packaging UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) anywhere in the United Kingdom is free on orders over £25 and £1.95 for anything under. We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, estimated delivery time for standard delivery is 2-3 working days. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for urgent orders and is charged at £4.95 regardless or the order value, we aim to despatch all special delivery orders the same day if received by 12 noon, from Monday to Friday and they will be delievered the next working day. Special delivery is available for delivery on Saturday at an extra charge of £2.20 which is the surcharge charged by Royal Mail. Free Local Delivery is available for customers within a 10 mile radius of our post code (NG5 1HE) and where the total order value is over £30. To avoid the disappointment of ordering an item to find out it is not in stock we offer real time stock information, therefore if an item you require is out of stock this will be stated against the product. If you would like to know when this might be back in stock then please email or phone us and we will endeavor to give you an estimated date. Royal Mail aims to deliver most of all first class mail the next working day. However, it is not possible to guarantee this so your order may take a day or two to arrive after it leaves us. The only way to track or guarantee delivery of your order by a specific date is to select and pay for Special Delivery. Like most people we like to reuse and recycle, so wherever possible we send items in packaging that has already been used. Europe Delivery anywhere in Europe is FREE on orders over £70 in value and £7.95 if below £70. Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail which typically takes 4-10 working days. Please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive to avoid disappointment, and double check that the delivery address you provide is correct since we cannot be held liable for goods not being delivered in these circumstances.
